Don't let the name "Jacksonville Offshore Sport Fishing Club" fool you or discourage you from visiting our club to see if you like what we have to offer. We are a family orientated, fun, fishing club. We fish the river, sloughs, bay's, beach, and anywhere we can get a line wet!

Visit the Jacksonville Offshore Sport fishing Club’s next meeting as our guest! You will find a great historic sporting association dedicated to preserving and enhancing the family sport fishing off Jacksonville. 2011 is our 52nd year as a club. We are a working family club that welcomes the kids at our meetings, and the average boat is a 20’ to 25’ center console fishing boat. We fish the bays, backwaters, river and ocean, and welcome everyone. If you fish in salt water, you need to join, to help fight the junk science that is being used to close all our sport fishing.
Come visit us on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Mayport Boat Ramp. Dinner and soft drinks (Free) start about 7:30 PM and our meetings start at 8:00 PM we usually have great fishing and boating seminars by experts, and have a great time spinning tall stories about local fishing!

OK, I know that some of you have been thinking of joining, but just were not sure, or keep putting off coming to a meeting. SO..... here are some reasons to join, and now is as good as any time to join.
It is the best value for your money you will get around here. First it is dirt cheep to belong to our club. Individual membership is only $40.00 / Year, and a family membership is only $50.00 / Year. That is for a FULL YEAR! There is a one time $25.00 initiation fee.

Our next meeting is February 16, 2012, the Third Thursday of the month. We will actually start about 5:30 PM with our El Cheapo Work detail of "Stuffing the Captain's Bage & Junior Angler Bags"! When we finish that, we will put the clubhouse back together properly, and have Pizza for dinner about 7:30 PM followed by the meeting at 8:00 PM. As soon as Will can Kidnap a guest speaker we will let you know who it is!
