The Captain of the Year Race is off to a good start this year with two of our nine club tournaments done. The Non-Live Tournament went off on Saturday, April 23rd with 9 boats participating in spite of the bumpy water. The Winner was Capt. Greg Wallace with an impressive 52.3 pound 3 fish total waight!
Second place went to Capt. Jeff Deyton with a nice total of 42.4 pounds. Third place went to Capt. Steve Kalaitzis with a total weight of 23.4 pounds. Fourth place was Rob darner - 23.0 Pounds Fifth place was Tom Cavin - 19.8 Pounds. Sixth place was A.J. Proescher - 5.2 Pounds Seventh through Nineth did not weigh fish. The Individual Anglers that won were: First place - Larry Hixenbaugh with a 25.3 pound Amberjack. Second place - Alan Shepard with a 20.0 pound Cobia. Third place - Byron Darner with a 8.1 pound Barracuda. |
